UBC BUTEBO FM

This covers the Eastern region with Ateso, Lumasaba, and Lusoga as the main languages sharing 45% of airtime. Other languages are Ngakarimajong –(Ng’akarimojong) 10%, Lugwere, Kupsabiny, Adhola, Lunyole, Lusamia, Lugwe, Lebthur, Kumam.

UBC RADIO UGANDA

This is Uganda’s National Radio Broadcaster . It Broadcasts in English and Kiswahili taking 65% and 10% respectively and the 25% is dedicated to programmes in northern and (parts of West Nile) West Nile languages which include Luo, Lugbara, Madi, Alur, Kinuubi and Kakwa.

UBC WEST

UBC West is dedicated for western and central region. The major languages of Runyankore, Rukiga, Runyoro and Rutooro take up 65%. The remaining 35% is shared by other languages which include Rukonzho, Urufumbira.

UBC STAR FM

Situated in Central region, Star FM is positioned as a Luganda station targeting the C1 and D social class in its programming.

TOTORE FM- NGINAJOK (KARAMOJA REGION)

Located in the Moroto, covering the Karamoja region on frequency 90.00. Broadcasts in Kiswahili, Karamojong, Iteso, Kupsabiny and English.

UBC WESTNILE FM

This targets in the west Nile region of Uganda and it broadcasts in Kinuubi, Madi, Lugbara, Kakwa, and Alur.

MAGIC 100.0

Magic 100 FM is uniquely positioned as a sports station. The major broadcast language is English taking 85%, 15% Luganda.

MEGA FM

Located in Gulu City,Mega FM transmits on two transmitters of 2kw and 4kw. These make it possible to broadcast about 200 km around Gulu City covering the districts of Gulu, Kitgum, Pader, Agago, Amuru, Nwoya, Lamwo, Omoro, Lira, Apac, Oyam, Alebtong, Amolatar, Otuke, Kole, Dokolo, Irute, Nebbi, Zombo, Adjumani, Moyo, Kiryandongo, parts of Masindi district and southern

VOICE OF BUNDIBUGYO FM

Voice of Bundibugyo (VOB). A regional station in Bundibugyo broadcasting in Kiswahili, Kwamba, (taking70%) Lubwisi, Rutuuku, Lingala.

NGEYA FM

A regional station in Kasese broadcasting in Rukonzho,(taking 60%) Kiswahili, Runyoro,Rutooro, Runyankore, Rukiga.

UBC BURUULI

Situated in Nakasongola and broadcasts in Ruruuli (65%). The 30% shared between Luganda, Runyoro, Rutooro, Runyankore, Rukiga, and Kinyarwanda.
